Ben Grieco, P.App, AACI

Ben graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1979 with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He earned his professional appraisal designation in 1988 and founded Apprise Limited that same year. With more than 40 years of real estate appraisal experience, Ben is an expert in both residential and commercial properties. He has also previously worked in construction management, real estate sales, and property management.

Daniel Grieco, CPA, CMA, P.App, AACI

Daniel graduated from The University of Western Ontario in 2010 with an Honours Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree. He began his career as a professional accountant, earning his Certified Management Accountant designation in 2012. In 2014, Daniel transitioned into real estate valuations and later obtained his professional appraisal designation in 2018. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson. Daniel is qualified to appraise both residential and commercial properties.

Alexander Grieco, P.App, AACI

Alexander graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2013 with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He began his real estate career working for a prominent development company while still an undergraduate. Alexander became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2013 and started performing real estate valuations that same year. He earned his professional appraisal designation in 2018. Alexander is qualified to appraise both residential and commercial properties.

Stephanie Grieco, P.App, CRA

Stephanie graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2011 with an Honours Arts and Business degree. She also holds a Certificate in Residential Valuations from the University of British Columbia – Sauder School of Business. Since 2013, Stephanie has been conducting real estate appraisals and is a designated P.App, CRA with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Her appraisal expertise covers residential, rural, acreage, multi-residential, and unique or challenging properties. Stephanie has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2012, specializing in residential sales. Her combined skills in appraisal valuations and real estate sales ensure the highest level of professional competency.
